Yes. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for every message a business sends, replies included, except replies within 72 hours of a customer coming from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. You pay Meta directly at their rate, and AmyNav adds nothing on top. AmyNav closes an order in as few messages as it can, and WhatsApp costs in your dashboard shows what you have sent.

You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference: the unused days of your current plan are credited, and your new plan starts straight away. A running plan cannot be downgraded. Cancel it, then choose the lower plan once the period you paid for has ended.

Choose the Enquiry plan, or switch any plan to Answer questions in Assistant settings. The assistant answers questions, recommends and passes anyone who wants to buy to your team as an enquiry. Switch to selling any time on a plan that includes it.

No separate account to set up yourself. AmyNav connects your number through Meta's official embedded signup, and we walk you through it in under 5 minutes.

Paystack, Stripe or PayPal for your AmyNav subscription, whichever the platform has turned on. Prices show in your own currency, naira, dollar or pound.

Your plan keeps working. We try the card again once a day for three days and email you each time, and you can pay from Plan and billing at any moment. Only if it still fails does the account move to the free plan.

Yes, on plans that include refunds. Refund all or part of a paid order from the Orders page, a customer chat or the API. Online payments go back the way they came, and every refund is kept in the order history with a reason. Refunds made in your WooCommerce or Shopify store are picked up automatically, and revenue in your reports always excludes refunded money.

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your settings.
